You may use this website for lawful, personal or business shopping purposes. Do not misuse it, try to break or overload it, or submit false or misleading information.
Listing information and errors
Specifications, photos, pricing, availability and equipment descriptions are for information only and may change. Please verify specifications, dimensions, hours, included accessories and pricing with Dirt Works before you buy. Advertised pricing is subject to the terms on the listing, and any taxes, delivery charges, registration or title fees and optional items will be identified before purchase. Please review the purchase agreement and warranty terms before buying. Any warranty or disclaimer of warranty is governed by the written sales agreement for the transaction. We try to keep listings accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct any error, update a listing, or cancel a request that relied on an error, even after you have submitted it.
Pricing
Prices can change without notice. Unless a listing says otherwise, a price does not include taxes, delivery, registration or title fees, or optional equipment. If a listing says taxes or fees are included, that statement applies only to the transaction described on that listing. We will identify the final total before you pay.
Availability
Equipment is subject to prior sale. A machine shown on this website may already be sold or reserved. "Ask if in stock" means please contact us to confirm.
Quotes
Submitting a quote request does not obligate you or us to buy or sell. A quote is not a binding offer until we confirm it with you directly and the terms are agreed in writing or by invoice. Quotes may expire or change.
Deposits and reservations
We take deposits to hold equipment. The amount, how long a machine is held, and what happens to the deposit if the sale does not go through are stated in the written agreement or invoice for your transaction. See our Deposit and Reservation Policy.
Payment terms
Accepted payment methods, the amount due and when the balance is due are stated in your quote, invoice or sales agreement. We do not offer financing at this time.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms for a particular sale are stated in the written agreement or invoice for that sale. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
Warranty
Dirt Works Heavy Equipment does not provide warranties. Some manufacturers offer their own warranty on new equipment. Any such warranty comes from the manufacturer, and its terms are set by the manufacturer. Any warranty or disclaimer for a specific sale is governed by the written sales agreement for that sale. Except as the law requires, we make no warranties, express or implied, about this website.
Safe use
Heavy equipment is dangerous. Read the operator's manual, wear proper protective gear and follow all safety rules. Nothing on this website is professional safety, engineering or legal advice.
Reviews and submissions
Anything you submit must be truthful and yours to share. We may edit for length, decline to publish, or remove any submission. By submitting a review you allow us to display it on our website and social media.
