Equipment Sales Terms

These terms explain how equipment sales work at Dirt Works Heavy Equipment. The written sales agreement or invoice for your purchase controls if it differs from this page.
Equipment condition and hours
Each listing shows whether the equipment is new or used and, where it applies, the hours. Hours and condition are as stated on the listing at the time it was posted. Please confirm them with us before you buy.
Specifications
Specifications, dimensions and capacities come from the manufacturer or our own measurements and may be approximate. Please verify the specifications that matter to your job before you buy.
Included and optional equipment
Only the items described on the listing or in your written agreement are included. Attachments, buckets, accessories and other options may be sold separately. If you are not sure what comes with a machine, ask before you pay.
Buyer inspection
You are welcome to inspect a machine in person at our Yucaipa location. Call or text us to set a time. We encourage you to inspect the equipment, and to check that it fits your work, your trailer and your gate or driveway, before you buy.
Payment requirements
The price, accepted payment methods, deposit and balance due date are stated in your quote, invoice or sales agreement. Equipment is released after payment is complete under those terms. We do not offer financing at this time.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup is at our Yucaipa location. Delivery is available and quoted. See our Delivery Policy.
Deposits
We take deposits to hold equipment. See our Deposit and Reservation Policy.
Returns and cancellations
Return and cancellation terms for a sale are stated in the written agreement or invoice for that sale. Please ask before you buy if this matters to you.
Warranty
Dirt Works Heavy Equipment does not provide warranties. Some manufacturers include their own warranty on new equipment, and any such warranty comes from the manufacturer, not from Dirt Works Heavy Equipment. Any warranty or disclaimer of warranty for your purchase is governed by the written sales agreement for the transaction. Please read it before you sign or pay.
Price disclosure
Advertised pricing is subject to the terms shown on the individual equipment listing. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, registration or title fees, or optional products and services will be identified before purchase.
